The hanging posters describe the different culture periods, family lifestyle, and everyday stone tools used by Native Americans in Illinois.

One of the posters shows a detailed look
at some of the artifacts found at the
Cahokia Mounds Site located in downstate Illinois.

Replica Artifacts
To aid in understanding the painted artifacts on the Arky Site, a variety of replicas are placed around the tarps to help students understand what they are surveying.
